Tessa Von Hellengaard is a real witch. Magical spells aside, she’s snarky and selfish, and the other witches in her silent spell coven are fed up with her. Their plan to reform Tessa involves taking away her magic, saddling her with one hundred extra pounds and sending her to a weight loss spa. For good measure they call in Liam Kennedy, a charming and sexy fairy godfather, to teach her some manners.
Desperate to regain her magic and determined to shed the weight, Tessa soon realizes that protecting her heart from Liam will prove to be her greatest challenge.
Tessa is an American witch in every way that counts. She's got magic at her finger tips, and she's not afraid to use it against humans to get what she wants. She's bratty and down right rude...very selfish. Well, there's a job up for grabs that she's dying to have, but before she can even start packing her bags to work in Europe at her dream job, she has to seek the witches councel first.
The elder witches have had it with Tessa's misuse of magic and her bratty ways and decide it's time to teach her a lesson she won't forget.
Soon enough, the svelte and beautiful Tessa is several pounds heavier and attenting a fat camp run by the gorgeous Liam, a fairy Godfather. It's his job to help Tessa curb her selfhisness and learn to be nicer. But along the way they both find love where they shouldn't have.
I enjoyed the characters, Tessa is mean and you're not supposed to like her at first, but she redeems herself through acts of kindness, and Liam sounds perfectly scrumptious. Give this a chance, and I think you'll enjoy it too.
